Our Statement of Core Doctrine

Sun Valley Christian school is grounded in these eleven affirmations, draw from Scripture and held in common with the historic Christian faith.

God

We believe in one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things and sovereign over all creation.

New Life in Christ

We believe those who trust Christ are born again and called to live lives that reflect Him.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ called to worship, grow in faith, and serve others.

The Bible

We believe God created humanity male and female and designed marriage between one man and one woman.
