Jason Kloster is an entrepreneur and aerospace business leader with more than 18 years of experience in aviation, engineering, and strategic business development. His career has included leadership roles supporting major aerospace programs and partnerships with organizations such as Boeing, Eaton Aerospace, RBC Bearings, and Sargent Aerospace. Jason brings a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial perspective to the leadership of Sun Valley Christian School.
Jason has long been passionate about mentoring and leadership development. Earlier in his career, he founded and led a youth leadership organization focused on mentoring young adults and helping them develop character, responsibility, and leadership skills. He has also volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club and previously served on the board of Eastside Academy in Bellevue, Washington, a Christian school serving at-risk youth.
Jason and his wife Kim Kloster are raising five children who share a love for God, family, and an active lifestyle that includes alpine skiing and youth sports. The Kloster family strives to seek God in everyday life and to grow in hearing His voice and following His leading. Jason and Kim were deeply involved in church leadership at Bellevue Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, Washington, where they led men’s and women’s groups before relocating to Hailey, Idaho in 2021.

Board Treasurer
Rory Tongg brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, ministry operations, and organizational management. He has served as both a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Pastor for multiple churches and also has extensive experience as a Senior Loan Officer in the financial services industry.
Rory has helped lead churches and ministries through financial planning, operational management, and long-term strategic growth. His background in both ministry and financial leadership provides valuable insight into responsible stewardship and sustainable organizational development.
Rory and his wife are raising three children, all of whom have been raised in Christian faith and education. Rory’s dedication to ministry leadership and community service reflects a deep commitment to strengthening families and helping young people grow in faith and character.

Board Secretary
Eric Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience in education through his work with the Blaine County School District, where he has served exclusively in the Special Education department. He began his career in education in 2004 as a paraprofessional in an elementary behavior classroom while completing his Master’s Degree in Special Education.
He later served seven years as a Special Education teacher in a middle school behavior classroom before transitioning to the role of Special Education Consulting Teacher for the district in 2014. In 2021, Eric completed his Special Education Director’s endorsement, strengthening his leadership in educational systems and student support.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked closely with students, teachers, and families to support students with diverse learning needs. His experience in educational systems and school operations provides valuable insight for the continued development of Sun Valley Christian School.
Eric’s faith guides his daily life and leadership. He volunteers with the youth group at The Life Church, investing in young people and helping them grow in their faith. Outside of work, Eric enjoys golf, camping with his wife, snowmobiling in the winter, and sports of all kinds.

Rachel Spence brings valuable leadership, business experience, and community perspective to the board of Sun Valley Christian School. She and her husband own and operate MVP, a successful property management company serving homeowners throughout the Wood River Valley. Through their business, Rachel has developed strong experience in operations, client relationships, and community service.
Rachel has been actively involved in supporting families and community initiatives in the valley. Her leadership through business and community engagement provides practical insight into organizational development and long-term sustainability for Sun Valley Christian School.
Rachel and her husband have four grown children who have started families of their own, and they enjoy living out a legacy of Christian faith and values across multiple generations. Their commitment to faith, family, and community reflects a desire to help build environments where the next generation can grow in character and purpose.

Board Member
Jeremy Rosser has been part of the Wood River Valley community for more than 35 years. He was raised in a homeschooling family before attending Wood River High School, graduating in 2004. Following high school, Jeremy attended Ecola Bible School, where he met his wife, Rebekah.
Jeremy has been actively involved in youth ministry since high school through Young Life and Wild Life, both participating in and helping lead programs for students in the valley. Today he continues investing in students through his work with Calvary Bible Youth, where he has served for the past six years mentoring young people and helping them grow in their faith.
Jeremy and his wife Rebekah have been married since 2006 and are raising six children—four boys and two girls. Their four boys have attended Sun Valley Christian School since its founding. Jeremy and his family are passionate about ministry and investing in the next generation.
